  • All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and responsibility.
  • All persons using the pool must abide by all membership and guest policies.
  • Shower before entering pool.
  • Proper swimming attire MUST be worn while swimming.
  • Anyone with an infectious disease, sores, rash, or cuts are not permitted in pool.
  • No glass, metal, hard plastic containers, sharp objects or hazardous material allowed in pool area. Violations will result in a $50.00 fine.
  • Improper behavior: e.g. profanity, vulgar remarks, running, diving, intoxication, etc. is prohibited.
  • No pets, bikes, skates, motorized vehicles or loud radios/speakers allowed in pool area or rear of the clubhouse.
  • Pets may not be tied to the fence or any other common property. 
  • Radios/speakers should be kept at a level which does not disturb those pool patrons near you.
  • All guests MUST be accompanied by a member. Members limited to a maximum of 2 guests.
  • Children under 12 may not swim unattended unless they have passed a “water safety test.” An attendant must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The baby pool is reserved for children under age 4. There are no lifeguards on duty at the baby pool. Therefore, parents are responsible for supervising the baby pool and responsible for their children’s safety.
  • Children not potty trained must wear rubber pants under or over their suit.
  • Pool contamination will result in a $200 fine.
  • “Lifeguard Breaks” will be once each hour for 10-15 minutes. Only people 18 years of age and older are allowed in the pool during “Lifeguard Breaks” and do so at their own risk.
  • Lifeguard stands are off limits to everyone but the lifeguards.
  • No smoking allowed in the pool area.  This includes vaping and/or the use of e-cigarettes.
  • The pool is closed when a lifeguard is not on duty.
  • The lifeguard is in charge and has full authority to enforce all rules, both written and unwritten. Their word will be final in pool rule enforcement.
  • Infraction of any pool rule may result in suspension of pool privileges and immediate removal from the premises.
  • HOA Board and Management reserves the right to clear and/or close the pool.
  • HOA Board Management reserves the right to review member identification and deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
  • Pool Hours - Open 7 days a week.
  • NEW HOURS 10 am - 9 pm daily 
  • Unguarded Swimming will be allowed from 6:30 AM- 9:00 AM. In order to swim during these hours you must sign a waiver. This information can be found on our Edenwilde Website under Resources in the Documents Library.
